DMCA Copyright Policy

This page explains how copyright owners can request removal of allegedly infringing content and how users can submit counter-notices.

1. Takedown notices

Send copyright notices to dmca@pennypresses.net. Include:

Your name, address, phone number, and email.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The URL or precise location of the content on PennyPresses.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@pennypresses.net with your contact details, removed content location, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to appropriate jurisdiction, and your signature.

3. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing content.

4. Non-copyright complaints

Trademark, privacy, harassment, scam, or safety reports should be sent to support@pennypresses.net, not the DMCA channel.
