Community Guidelines

PennyPresses is for pressed penny collectors. These guidelines apply to profiles, photos, comments, machine edits, listings, messages, Penny Pals, and any other user content.

1. Be accurate and useful

Submit accurate machine locations, photos, and status reports.
Do not intentionally mark machines closed, removed, broken, or repaired if you do not believe it is true.
Do not impersonate other collectors, businesses, venues, or PennyPresses staff.

2. Respect other collectors

No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, bullying, sexual content, or targeted abuse.
No spam, scams, phishing, malware, or manipulative behavior.
No pressure to share addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or off-platform contact.

3. Content rules

Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Do not upload illegal, explicit, violent, defamatory, private, or infringing content.
Do not post another user's address, private messages, payment details, or personal data.

4. Trading and Penny Pals

User-to-user features require extra trust. Follow the Trade & Sell Terms and Penny Pals Terms. Repeated non-delivery, counterfeit listings, address misuse, payment abuse, or harassment can lead to removal.

5. Reporting and moderation

Users can report offensive content, unsafe behavior, inaccurate machine data, repair/removal issues, or suspicious trading activity. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records, or contact authorities where needed.
