PennyPressesTrade and Sell Terms

1. PennyPresses is not the seller
User-to-user trades and sales are between the users involved. PennyPresses does not own the listed items, inspect every item, guarantee authenticity, collect peer-to-peer payment, hold funds in escrow, insure shipments, or guarantee delivery.
2. Allowed listings
- Listings must accurately describe the item, condition, quantity, images, shipping expectations, and whether money, trade, or both are accepted.
- You must have the legal right to list and transfer the item.
- You may not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, hazardous, recalled, age-restricted, or misleading items.
- Listings must relate to pressed pennies, elongated coins, machines, collecting supplies, or closely related collector materials.
3. Payments and shipping
If users choose to exchange money outside PennyPresses, they choose and use their own payment method. PennyPresses does not process those peer-to-peer payments and is not responsible for chargebacks, failed payments, or payment disputes.
Users are responsible for packaging, postage, tracking, customs forms, taxes, and confirming addresses before shipping.
4. Safety and identity
- Do not share unnecessary personal information.
- Use in-app messages where possible so there is a record if support review is needed.
- Do not pressure users to move off-platform to avoid safety rules.
- Report suspicious behavior, non-delivery, harassment, or scams.
5. Disputes
Disputes are primarily between users. PennyPresses may review reports, remove listings, restrict accounts, or provide limited mediation, but we do not guarantee any outcome, refund, replacement, or recovery.
6. Enforcement
We may remove listings or restrict accounts for scams, repeated disputes, counterfeit/stolen items, harassment, payment abuse, unsafe shipping requests, or violation of these terms.
