This page explains how to report safety issues and what PennyPresses may do when reviewing disputes or abuse reports.

Use in-app report tools where available or email support@pennypresses.net. Include usernames, links, dates, screenshots if available, and a short explanation. Do not send sensitive payment credentials or government IDs unless support specifically requests a safer channel.

3. What we may do

Depending on the issue, we may remove content, hide listings, request more information, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records, or contact payment providers or authorities where appropriate.

4. Limits of mediation

PennyPresses may help review user-to-user disputes, but we do not guarantee refunds, replacements, delivery, authentication, or recovery of payments. Users remain responsible for trades, sales, shipping, and off-platform payments.

5. Emergency safety

If you believe there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. PennyPresses support is not an emergency service.
