Subscription Terms

1. Premium benefits
PennyPresses Premium may include increased or unlimited collection storage, premium map and collector tools, removal or reduction of ads, early access features, and other benefits shown at checkout or inside the app. Features can change over time, but we will not intentionally remove paid access without reasonable notice unless required for legal, security, fraud, or platform compliance reasons.
2. Who processes payment

3. Renewal and pricing
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- The price and billing period are shown before purchase in the checkout sheet or billing interface.
- Any taxes, currency conversion, or platform fees are handled by the payment provider.
- If pricing changes, the payment provider or PennyPresses will provide notice where required.
4. Cancellation
- Website subscriptions can be cancelled from your PennyPresses profile or by contacting support.
- Apple subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple account subscription settings.
- Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play subscription settings.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.
5. Refunds
Refund handling depends on where the subscription was purchased. See the dedicated Refunds and Cancellations Policy for more detail.
6. Support
For billing or subscription questions, contact support@pennypresses.net. Include your username, purchase platform, and approximate purchase date. Do not send full card numbers or payment passwords.
