This page explains how to cancel paid access and where refund requests are handled.

Website subscriptions

You can cancel website subscriptions from your profile or by contacting support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout flow or support response states otherwise.
Refunds for website payments are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, billing mistakes, service access failures, or legally required refunds.

Apple App Store purchases

Apple handles billing and refunds for purchases made through the iOS app. Cancel in Apple ID subscription settings and submit refund requests through Apple support or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play purchases

Google handles billing and refunds for purchases made through the Android app. Cancel in Google Play subscription settings and submit refund requests through Google Play support.

Physical or peer-to-peer trades

PennyPresses is not the seller of items exchanged or sold by users. Refunds, returns, shipping problems, and item-condition disputes are handled between the users involved, subject to our Trade & Sell Terms and safety rules.
